The 2018 Brut Blanc des Blancs Le Nombre d’Or Sabl is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 25% Arbanne, 25% Petit Meslier and 10% Pinot Blancnote the ‘des’ rather than ‘de’ in the wine’s name. Lemon peel, white pepper, chalk, mint and crushed rocks give the 2018 its taut personality. A Champagne of crystalline purity and tension, this sizzles from start to finish.
