Japanese ancient black rice adds color beautifully. This good-looking sake with rose color draws your attention at first sight. The attraction of this sake is not only its color but also its flavors. The silky mouthfeel comes, followed by the crisp and grainy nose that comes on the palate. This sake is easy to drink even if you are not used to drinking sake. This sake would be a perfect drink for your special occasions.

This sake is brewed with yeasts isolated from strawberry and queen of the night flowers, which are supposed to give aromas and flavors of banana and higher levels of malic acid (lending freshness and a mild green apple aroma).
