Huge, ripe, surprisingly subtle and polished, this dense purple-hued wine offers layers of blackberry and currant fruit intermingled with spicy new oak, licorice, cedar, and loamy soil characteristics. Full-bodied and voluptuous, but not over the top, this beauty should drink well for 10-15 years.
